CORGON® — Welding shielding gases
Corgon 18
Corgon 18 is an argon–carbon dioxide mixture for MAG welding of unalloyed and low-alloy steels. The 18% carbon dioxide increases arc stability and penetration, while argon keeps the weld clean. It can be used for both short-arc and spray-arc welding.
Cylinder volume and filling pressure vary by application. Tell us what you need and we will determine the right class and size together.
